Medication mode

Built for the Sinclair Method and medication-assisted cutting down.

What's the difference between the two modes?

Medication mode adds everything for people taking naltrexone or nalmefene: logging doses, a timer for the wait and the interval, covered and not-covered drinks, a compliance streak and a report for your prescriber. Tracking mode has none of that. It's a drink diary with units, streaks, trends and how you felt. Both keep your log on your phone.

Can I switch modes later?

Yes, any time in Settings. Your log stays exactly as it is.

Do I need an account?

No. Open the app and start logging. There's nothing to sign up for.

How do I move my log to a new phone?

Turn on iCloud sync in Settings › Data & privacy before you switch. Install Tallyglass on the new phone, turn sync on there too, and your log comes back.

Can I bring the log I kept before?

Yes. Import an Excel or CSV file in Settings › Data & privacy › Import, including week-by-day logs like the Options Saves Lives drink log. Starting from paper? There's a template. How to import.

How do I delete everything?

Settings › Data & privacy › Delete all data. It removes your log from your phone, the copy in iCloud if sync is on, and the drinks Tallyglass wrote to Apple Health. There's no undo.

Does Tallyglass tell me when to take my medication?

No. You set the wait and the interval from your own plan, and Tallyglass shows them back to you. It tells you when cover ends and which drinks weren't covered, and leaves the decisions to you.

Is Tallyglass a medical device?

No. It's a diary. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it doesn't give medical advice.
